To adapt the Starlex DHB hot end, there is most of the time two options:

1) Select the adapted heat sink as a replacement of your actual heat sink and DHB hotend set if available. It should be a simple part replacement with no other changes ( a light Z adjustment is always required when modifying any hot end system)

2) Select the adapted Heat Sink Connector and mount the Starlex DHB hot end. This will request a few changes on your printer. Redesign the fan shroud, adapt the Z offset, reduce the Z height...
