The fully Hardened Stainless Steel Starlex DHB Nozzle from top to bottom is a great option for abrasive filaments.
As the wall thickness of the hardened steel nozzle is thin, the heat conductivity is highly improved and will greatly benefit in melting efficiency. However, it will be necessary to increase the temperature by a few degrees (5-10°C) due to the poor thermal transfer in stainless steel.
This adapted Starlex DHB hardened nozzle originally 2.5mm body diameter is mounted with a copper sleeve D3.0 body diameter to fit the Brass Nozzle heat block, an easy and simple replacement part in this tool free hot-end Eco-system.
