Kit Personnalisable, Prusa Mini DHB D2.5x22.5 Replacement standard
Pour un changement facile, le dissipateur thermique a été modifié pour intégrer le Starlex DHB 22.5mm.
Le câblage devra être adapté pour le chauffage (2x30W) et la thermistance (NTC 100K 3950 - JST gh1.25).
Le support plastique du ventilateur peut être réimprimé, ou modifié, DIY
For an easy change over, the original heat sink (The most expensive part !) has been modified to integrate the Starlex DHB 22.5mm
Wiring will need to be adapted for MCH Heater and Thermistor (NTC 100K 3950 - JST gh1.25)
Easiest upgrade, use a 4pins screw connector.
Always bring both MCH wires to the back horizontally, give them enough space to move freely !
Do not forget to print the STL file below.
This upgrade will greatly enhance the melt zone similar to a Volcano nozzle while preserving the original height.
Both heater wires will come to the right, behind the gap of the heat sink and the thermistor wire also to the right. The heater wires should never be locked, they must have as much freedom as possible to avoid forcing on the soldering point.
No other mechanical modifications necessary.
Warning Brass & Copper nozzles will not fit into this hot-end!
