Redefined heat sinks length are designed to accommodate the additional height introduced by the system keeping the original overall length.
Heat blocks
Heat blocks are available in three lengths: 22.5mm, 24mm, and 33mm and two diameters, 2.5 and 3mm depending on the Nozzle material. Heater & thermistor NOT included.
Nozzle
Choose the nozzle with corresponding length and diameter, in Hardened Stainless Steel, Brass or Copper.
Heaters & connectors
Choose one or two heaters for the heat blocks with the matching connectors for your printer and bulb thermistor.

The fully Hardened Stainless Steel Starlex DHB Nozzle is a great option for abrasive filaments.
As the wall thickness of the hardened steel nozzle is thin, the heat conductivity is highly improved and will greatly benefit in melting efficiency. However, it will be necessary to increase the temperature by a few degrees
This Starlex DHB hardened nozzle 2.5mm outer diameter will have it's own heat block, an easy and simple replacement part in this tool free hot-end Eco-system. (They do not fit in the 3mm Brass or Copper Nozzle Heat Block system)
