The 2.5mm nozzles are made of stainless steel, hardened to withstand abrasive filaments and high temperatures.

They have an external diameter of 2.5mm to reduce the thermal barrier due to the low thermal conductivity of the metal used.

Heat blocks should match nozzle diameter D2.5mm.

Light increase of standard temperature (+5 to 10°C) can be needed to keep up with flow rate or more depending on your filament quality.  

Some specifically abrasive filaments will wear down the hardened nozzle over time.


Brass and HSS copper sleeve nozzles have an external diameter of 3.0mm.

Heat blocks must match nozzle diameter D3.0mm
