We surpassed a flow rate of 33mm3/s, using the same nozzle height as the original hot-end. While testing Nobufil PLAx at 240°C, we managed to hit 45mm3/s with the protruded brass nozzle, proving its remarkable melting performance!
Melting performance is very much dependent on the filament brand and quality, upto 30% difference.

Hardened Stainless Steel (HSS) Nozzles are 2.5mm HSS with a Copper sleeve to reach the 3.0mm body diameter = HSSC Nozzles.

Increase of standard temperature (+5 to 10°C) can be needed to keep up with flow rate or more depending on your filament quality.

They will fit on the Heat Blocks 3.0mm only.

With this specific shorten heat sink, thermal past will be inserted between the Heat Sink Connector and the Heat Sink.
