BambuLab is a great new generation 3D printer FDM that have been developed with amazing performances. We love it.

These performances are also in the hot-end section where they managed to do a light hot-end with high temperature efficiency and 24mm melt zone. We have similar performance with a very easy tool free nozzle swap.

The Starlex DHB 24 with the adapted clone heat sink is a stand alone replacement option.

For the thermal efficiency, the Starlex DHB will perform better with two 24W or 30W MCH heaters, one on each side to reach fast heating performances instead of a single 48W heater.

For a nozzle change over, it will make the difference. With our protruded nozzles (soon available), it will boost your flow performances by at least 20%. Check at the nozzle section the performance between brass and hardened stainless steel (HSS needs at keast +5-10°C due to full nozzle length in HSS)

Different brands propose for BambuLab parts between 48 and 60W heaters, as well as a well known electronics and other parts manufacturer  BTT, brings confidence in the maximum wattage rating the electronics would support. 

We provide 24W 24V MCH heaters to keep specs, with the option to upgrade with 2x 30W heaters.
