Heat sink

Redefined heat sinks length are designed to accommodate the additional height introduced by the system keeping the original overall length.

Heat blocks

Heat blocks are available in three lengths: 22.5mm, 24mm, and 33mm and two diameters, 2.5 and 3mm depending on the Nozzle material. Heater & thermistor NOT included.

Nozzles

Choose the nozzle with corresponding length and diameter, in Hardened Stainless Steel, Brass or Copper.

Heaters & Connectors Choose one or two heaters for the heat blocks with the matching connectors for your printer and bulb thermistor.

Heaters

We use the flat ceramic heaters (MCH) for our Starlex Dual Heat Block hotend. Its flat surface improves highly the heating conduction to the copper heat blocks.

The Starlex DHB is flexible in heating matters. The hotend can be mounted with a heater on one or both sides, for longer heat blocks, they can also be mounted on the higher and lower level, again, to enjoy maximum flexibility.
